All shortages or damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

Items returned for credit:
Return items must be in their original package (unmarked and unopened) and returned within 30 days to be eligible for credit or replacement. They must not be expired, have been stored and handled properly and should include a copy of the original packing slip.
Non Stock items will be subject to a restocking fee.

Drop shipments, special orders, special stock, and opened products:
Not returnable unless the reason for the return results from a manufacturer defect or problem.
 

Merchandise is not returnable after 30-days from the date received.
