Availability and Pricing
Product listings, specifications, availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. Prices listed
and charges discussed herein are in U.S. dollars. Some products may not be available for shipment
outside of the United States. Sun Surgical Supply reserves the right to refuse service, terminate
accounts or cancel orders in its sole discretion. Sun Surgical charges local sales tax unless the customer
has a valid sales tax exemption certificate on file.
Standard terms for Customers that are registered businesses and meet Sun Surgical credit criteria
are Net 30 days from invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If Customer fails to pay within
payment terms, Sun Surgical may defer shipments until payment is made. Credits granted by Sun
Surgical Supply must be used within one year. Credits not taken within one year are subject to
cancellation, and Sun Surgical shall have no further liability.
Customers who desire to open an account with Sun Surgical must complete the credit application and
furnish the information requested. Sun Surgical reserves the right to grant, refuse or discontinue any
extensions of credit, or reduce or suspend any credit limit at any time. Sun Surgical also reserves the
right to require payment in advance.
We accept credit, procurement and purchase cards from American Express, MasterCard, VISA and
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with anything you
purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, Sun Surgical Supply will gladly
exchange or refund your purchase (less shipping and handling) within 30 days of the sale date.
Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No
returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. To obtain an RMA number and return
instructions, please call Sun Surgical Supply at (352)377-2696 or our toll free number (800)523-1997.
To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition, including the original
packaging and containers. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We
will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale
will not be accepted.
Drop shipments and special orders are not returnable unless the product is defective.
You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated.
If you choose not to insure your package, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Upon our
acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy, the purchase price
will be credited to your credit card or account depending on the original method of payment. Allow 10
days after we accept your returned product for the processing of your credit.

1 1/2% per month (18% per annum) service charge will apply to any past due

are accepted as payment for an order.
